Kangjiashimenzi Rock Carvings of Fertility Worship Located in Quergou Village in southwestern Hutubi County, 75 kilometers from the county seat, the rock carvings are carved by ancient Saka on a cliff in a low hill at the northern foot of the Tianshan. The themes of the rock carvings are fertility worship. The carvings include seven groups, with a total length of 14 meters from the east to the west and a whole height of 9 meters from the top to the foot. Total 200-300 naked male and female figures, standing or lying, are carved in a posture of having sexual intercourse to pray fertility.
